4. Order Process

5. Pricing & Payment

Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once editing has completed according to the instruction. However, we aim for client satisfaction and will perform any revision.

6. Revisions

Clients are entitled to 3 rounds of revisions per image. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. That will be communicated before starting revisions.

7. Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver edited images within 24-72 hours or according to the agreement. Delays may occur due to circumstances not in our control. Clients will be notified if something like that happens.

8. Image Usage Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the edited images for commercial purposes. eCommerce Photo Editing has the right to showcase edited images in our portfolio (with your permission) and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your images and business information. We do not share or disclose any client materials to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

eCommerce Photo Editing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may come from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service in question.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice (for valid reason). Upon termination, clients will receive all completed work up to that point. Any outstanding payments will be due immediately.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London.

13. Making Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we do so, you can see the updates here. After that, continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
