“Image(s)” refers to any file(s) provided to us for editing.

“Service” refers to any image editing, retouching, or post-processing work we offer.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth and accurate delivery, clients must:

  • Provide high-quality original images
  • Clearly state editing instructions
  • Respond promptly to communication
  • Respect our revision policy and timelines

5. Order Process

You upload images and provide editing instructions via our Photography Retouching website.

  • We review and confirm the scope, delivery time, and cost.
  • Once confirmed, editing begins
  • Edited files are delivered within the agreed timeframe.

You may also request a Free Trial before placing a bulk order.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed on our Pricing Page and vary based on complexity.

Payment must be made in Euros (€) via PayPal, Payoneer, bank transfer, credit card, or according to the agreement.

For larger orders, partial payment upfront may be required.

7. Delivery & Turnaround

Standard delivery times are 24 to 72 hours depending on order size and complexity. We also offer express delivery on request.

Delays caused by unclear instructions or late responses from the client are not our responsibility.

8. Revisions

We offer revision for every image (if the original instructions are not maintained).

Additional revisions or changes beyond the original request may need a fee.

We always aim to get it right the first time. But we’re happy to provide revision if needed.

10. Image Usage & Copyright

You retain full ownership of all images you provide.

We do not use, share, or publish your photos unless we receive written permission.

Edited files are yours to use freely once the payment is complete.

We respect your privacy and it will always be your intellectual property.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect only the necessary information to complete your order (name, email, file uploads). Your data is never shared or sold.

12. Limitation of Liability

While we work with care and professionalism, we are not liable for:

  • Any loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity resulting from image use
  • Any issues caused by incorrect or unclear instructions
  • File quality issues that existed prior to editing

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. If you use our services, it means you accept the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy and in line with EU consumer protection standards.
